Paige Vold & Huntin For A Party
The Horse
Huntin For A Party aka "Andy" is a 2010 gelding by Talk of the Party and out of Leona Te Clue. He was bred by Randy Poier of Manitoba. When asked about her gelding, Paige shared "He is the kindest horse and always gives his all! He is very trusting and will try almost anything you ask of him just to please you!"
The Exhibitor
Paige Vold has been riding since she was just 2 or 3 years old, and started showing AQHA when she was 7. Her favourite classes are Horsemanship and Equitation.
The Team
Paige and Andy have been a team for 8 years, but she'd had her eye on him since he was a Yearling! She shared, "we have had a few challenges thrown at us this past year or two but it just gave us a stronger bond and made us a better team. He truly is my heart horse!"
Although she is unable to attend, Page was excited to qualify and receive an invitation to the Provincial Championship Finals. "I live pretty far away but I'm sad to be missing it!" Paige is one of our Area 7 qualifiers from Northwestern Ontario.
