The AGM & Banquet will be held January 11th 2025, again at the beautiful Hockley Valley Resort

AGM starts at 12:30, followed by the banquet. Doors open at 5:30, meal served at 6:30 followed by awards presentation. 

Last day to purchase tickets is Monday December 29th, 2024.

Accommodations may be booked with Hockley Valley Resort via their website or phone using OQHA for a discount. The code is valid until December 11th, 2024. After this date, the code will no longer be valid and full prices will apply.
