The OQHA Summer Finale show is scheduled for August 35th through September 1st 2024 at the beautiful Ancaster Fairgrounds. 

This show is shaping up to be an event you don't want to miss! 5 judges, several NSBA and added money classes, great awards as well as the inaugural Trail Invitational and popular OAQHA Provincial Championship Finals. 

Priority: Hookup reservations will be taken first paid, first served. 

Group Bookings: We will make every effort to put those who wish to camp together, together. Please discuss with your group to ensure that you all put the same name in the "Group with" field. 

Note that hookup bookings are subject to HST (13%) which will be added in the cart. 

Refund Policy: 

The refund policy where Ontario Quarter Horse Association is responsible for the stalls:

1. No stalls will be reserved without payment (either by e-transfer or credit card payment)
2. Credit Cards are processed at the time of purchase
3. Trainers/ Agents – you will be responsible for breaking down your own stalls
4. Shavings MAY or MAY NOT be added to your showbill. Prepayment is preferred.
5. No shavings will be pre-ordered without payment
6. No hookups will be reserved without payment (either by e-transfer or credit card payment)
7. No refunds on stalls after the early payment deadline
8. Some extenuating circumstances will be considered with a veterinary certificate
9. In the above extenuating circumstances an admin fee will be held back from the refund ~ 3% of the booking
