The OQHA Summer Finale show is scheduled for August 27th through August 31st 2025 at the beautiful Ancaster Fairgrounds. 

This show is shaping up to be an event you don't want to miss! 5 judges, several NSBA and added money classes, great awards as well as both the coveted Trail Invitational and OAQHA Provincial Championship Finals. 

Attached Barn stalls are in the main show facility, attached to the arena. Other Barn stalls are in the surrounding barns, requiring a short walk outside to get to the main show arena. 

Priority: Stall reservations will be taken first paid, first served. 

Group Bookings: We will make every effort to put those who wish to stall together, together. Please discuss with your group to ensure that you all put the same name in the "Stall with" field. 

NEW FOR 2025 - Group Split Tack Stalls: If you are a trainer booking tack stalls for your entire group, please note how many of your total stalls booked are group tack stalls. Your credit card will not be charged for these stalls, instead you will receive a trainer tab sheet at the show to add the split amount to your group's bookings. 

Note that stall bookings are subject to HST (13%) which will be added in the cart. 

Refund Policy: 

The refund policy where Ontario Quarter Horse Association is responsible for the stalls:

1. No stalls will be reserved without payment (either by e-transfer or credit card payment) aside from the aforementioned Group Split Tack Stalls which will be added to the show tab of responsible parties. 
2. Credit Cards are authorized but not yet charged at the time of submission. Cards will be charged within one week, upon confirmation of your order.
   
3. No shavings will be pre-ordered without payment
4. No hookups will be reserved without payment 
5. No refunds on stalls after July 1. Some extenuating circumstances will be considered with a veterinary certificate
6. In the case of any refunds, an admin fee of 3% of the total booking will be held back to cover costs.
